How are u buying it? Maybe the problem isn't in the game console maybe it is in the way that u buy it. I have recently purchase this gaming system for my 3 yr. old son and it broke after an hour, but have now notices that it may have been because it had to be shipped instead of my getting off my butt and going to the store and buying it myself that could be the problem that i sure no has thought about. If u have purchased it through a store then maybe it is time for someone to contacted vtech and tell them that thier toy is a dud. It needs some work on it yes, but all in all it is a great toy. My nephew wants one to and is very excited about it. My son was to until we had to put back in the box that night because it was broke. we are taking it back and buying onw from the Walmart store it's self. So if you want to buy one it maybe best to buy it from the store we will see.
A Great Item for Preschoolers My 4 year old enjoys this product. He can play it by his self and does well with it.
A waste of my money After buying the V-smile i was very displeased. I think the learing part needs a upgrade on the teaching of the ABC. A child needs to heard letter name more often and the sound it makes. I will not encourage anyone to purchase this product. I am a home school teacher and it standards are very low.
