Not a Sturdy Toy But Sounds Like Fun

I gave this as a gift and the following are excerpts from the child's mother "I just wanted to let you know that the drum set had a defect! The speaker cord prongs were bent, so no music came out." "[My nephew's name] loves that drum set. He will bang on it and sing songs that they sing at daycare. I can't wait to get one that works."

NOT WORTH IT

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEM..I BOUGHT IT FOR MY GRANDSON WHO WAS BORN DEAF BUT WAS FITTED WITH A COCHLEAR IMPLANT AT 10 MONTHS. HE IS NOW 2. THE DRUM SET WAS CHEAPLY MADE AND DID NOT LIVE UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. IT NOW SITS IN THE GARAGE AND IS OF LITTLE USE TO MATTHEW SINCE VARIOUS SOUNDS STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. HOW SORRY I WAS THAT I REORDERED IT SINCE THE FIRST ONE SENT DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND CAME WITHOUT DRUMSTICKS. I SHOULD HAVE JUST CANCELLED . SO MUCH FOR HINDSIGHT.

Fun toy

Extremely fun toy. Not very sturdy. My four-year-old broke the microphone on day 2. The three-year-old loved it. It is sized for a small child, but not sturdy enough for one. Overall it was a really cool toy, probably great for a more sedate child, but once my boys got a hold of it...
