Toy Description

Is there anything cuter than a newborn puppy? The Fur Real Pug's tan fur is incredibly soft, his black face is adorably scrunched and sleepy, and the sounds and movements he makes when you "wake" him are realistic (therefore endearing as can be). Just pet the pooch gently and he begins to murmur and coo. Soon, Pug lifts his waggly head, opens his eyes, and is ready to play. Leave him alone and he'll whimper. Stroke him steadily and off he goes to dreamland. If only his mechanical innards could have been padded a bit better; with the lightest caress, fingers will bump up against the sharp edges of the battery and gear box. A small flaw in a charming toy, though. What a sweetheart! Adoption certificate included. Three AAA batteries required (not included).

Customer Reviews

DO NOT BUY!!!

This toy is NOT fun at all. Believe me I know. If you are thinking about buying this toy for your child please do NOT. He/She will most likely won't like it but this is my opinion but I know that I wasted my money on it. It is really boring!!!!!!!

Cute little puppy!

I got several of these newborn puppies for my daughters. There are 10 different varieties that I've found so far - a light tan, two tan/white varieties (one called King Charles spaniel and one generic), a tan/brown, an all-brown, a black/white boxer, a tan/black pug, a dalmatian, a white poodle, and a light brown poodle (for those of you who have to have every one!). They are cute as can be! Not squishy-cuddly stuffed animals, but their interactive movements and sound effects make up for that. Kids just love them.

realistic

I didn't expect it to be so realistic. We have a real pug puppy and he always tries to take it from our son.
