This Sing & Teach Table features tons of buttons and other interactive gadgets that prompt fun lessons for babies and toddlers, all in the wacky, weird voices of the Muppets. (Presumably, tots are familiar enough with the characters to understand all the squeals and growls.) The semi-circular shaped plastic table stands 12 inches high, not counting the waggling Elmo head that presides over the action. Children sit or stand at the table, lifting the Cookie Monster head to learn about "open" and "closed," spinning a drum for the alphabet song, or picking up a cell phone to hear The Count soliloquize about numbers. Bright, cheerful, and noisy--just what the toddler ordered. |

My twins love it! I had heard wonderful things about this table so I thought I would buy one for my 9 month old twin daughters. They instantly fell in love with it! It's a bit short which works well for them, but maybe not for older toddlers. I love that it teaches ABC's and the parts of the face. Now the girls think they can push my nose and pull on my ears and I'll sing! The rounded shape to the table enables little ones to pull up and is more sturdy than some other tables. Highly recommended! I should've bought 2!
1yr old Loves the table! A bit unstable however. The colorful buttons and songs are a joy. Its not too loud and you can turn it off. My 1yr old loves the table. The only mark against this is the legs are a tad flimsy and not very stable. I find I need to put it against a wall to keep him from falling over when it toddles over.
Great toy but VERY UNSTABLE! My daughter 10 months received this toy and absolutely loves it! However if you don't have it in a corner it tips very easily. She tries to push it or pull on it and it is very unstable. The toys are great but Elmo does continue to talk when the child has walked away from it. Great toy just could have been designed better. |
