Toy Description

When little wobblers are bored with walls and sofa edges, and there's no one to offer a hand, they can two-foot it safely across that open ocean of living-room floor with the help of the Step Start walker. This dual-purpose toy acts as stable support as they learn to walk, then lets them roll along when they want to ride. Once they are secure on their legs, the walker converts easily to a first ride-on toy. (Only adults can operate the wheel-lock mechanism.) A flexible antenna, spinning drum, clicking gear, and other sight-touch-sound features provide sit-down play fun. Assembly requires a Phillips screwdriver.

Customer Reviews

Not sturdy enough!!!

I will not let my daughter use this for walking. It is very shaky.

Good Toy

My daughter likes this toy fairly well. She is 8 and a half months old and has been "cruising" since she was 6 and a half months. She likes to stand next to this toy.She has not mastered moving and playing with it yet, but I am hoping that with time she will. She seems to like the bright colors.

Good Ride-On But...

My daughter received this for her first Christmas. While it's been a fairly good toy, it's not very stable for pulling up. She loved playing with the toys and we don't use it in the walking mode. Both of our children have been on the short side and the height of this toy as a ride on was great. They could reach the floor fairly easy. Most of the other ride ons they couldn't reach the floor for a very long time. Overall, it's an okay toy but the stabilization when pulling up on the walking mode isn't the best.
